We are a medium-sized family business with over 80 years of experience in metalworking and are looking for a qualified and motivated CNC Lathe Operator (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date.

Our company specializes in the production of small and very small series of rotationally symmetric components for mechanical and plant engineering and stands for the highest precision, quality, and technical competence.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Independent programming, setup, and operation of CNC lathes
  • Finish machining of precision parts with very high dimensional and form accuracy
  • Working according to technical drawings, parts lists, and work plans
  • Operation of cycle lathes as well as conventional and CNC-controlled machines
  • Machining of small and very small series, starting from quantity 1
  • Machining of workpieces in the diameter range up to 500 mm
  • Independent quality control, measuring, and documenting the manufactured components
Your Profile:
  • Completed vocational training in metalworking, e.g., as machinist, industrial mechanic, or comparable
  • Solid professional experience in CNC turning and/or conventional machining, ideally in small series production
  • Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring equipment
  • Independent, reliable, and careful working style with high quality awareness
  • Team player with enjoyment of working in a collegial environment
  • Technical understanding, sense of responsibility, and motivation to contribute long-term
